Marsh Landing uniquely combines natural beauty and luxurious living. We have a distinctive past, a vibrant present and a promising future.

Marsh Landing Country Club is situated in Ponte Vedra Beach, about fifteen miles from Jacksonville, Florida, and a couple of miles from the Atlantic beaches of northeast Florida. Our sister community, Sawgrass Players Club, is home to the Tournament Players Club, where the famous "5th major" golf tournament, The Players, is held each May. Marsh Landing's Golf Course, designed by Ed Seay, is one of the best in the area, meandering through forested green spaces and lush marshes.

Marsh Landing was developed gradually, over a period of 30 years, by a visionary family who made this development their life's work. Concern for nature and the environment have always been foremost in the planning and building of our community. This slow pace has allowed our community of over 1,000 homes to evolve into a very special place of character and great natural beauty.

We are a long-established community, but we are also a modern community. Major infrastructure improvements have been made over the past few years, and new projects for continuous improvement are being carried out, in accordance with meticulous long range plans.

We are home to many young families, drawn to Ponte Vedra for the excellent school system and superb quality of life. We are also home to many long-term residents, a number of whom choose to live here even though they commute to other cities. Once you arrive in Marsh Landing, you never want to leave.
